Extending, Exchanging, Experimenting – ArtEx is a venue for artists and cultural workers to explore and expand their art-based approaches. As the first Southern Mindanao Art Laboratory, ArtEx has expanded the art practice beyond the usual art institutions to reach different communities in the country.
